Yn ein rhaglen ‘WeBridge to Employment’, rydym yn meithrin y genhedlaeth nesaf o weithwyr, gan bontio’r bwlch rhwng cyflogwyr a phobl ifanc 16-25 oed.<\/p>\n

Rydym eisiau gweithio gyda phartneriaid o’r un anian sy’n awyddus i ddatgloi potensial pobl ifanc er mwyn meithrin y genhedlaeth nesaf o weithwyr a chyfrannu at eu symudedd cymdeithasol.<\/p>\n

Rydym eisiau ei gwneud yn haws i gyflogwyr gael hyd i bobl ifanc a’u recriwtio, eu helpu i ddal gafael arnynt a’u datblygu er mwyn lleihau risg a dod yn hyrwyddwr cyflogaeth ieuenctid. Byddwn yn cyflwyno pobl ifanc sy’n llawn cymhelliant ac yn ‘barod am waith’ i gyflogwyr dibynadwy, darparu mentora yn y gwaith yn ystod cyfnodau prawf a darparu cyfleoedd hyfforddiant staff penodol.<\/p>\n

Ar hyn o bryd, rydym yn cyflwyno rhaglenni ar draws Gogledd Cymru a Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr:<\/strong><\/p>\n
