Mae\u2019n hollbwysig fod diwydiannau\u2019n chwarae rhan mewn addysg, er mwyn pontio\u2019r bwlch rhwng dysgu academaidd a sgiliau ymarferol. Drwy gydweithio \u00e2 sefydliadau addysg, gall busnesau helpu i ddatblygu gweithlu\u2019r dyfodol, gan sicrhau bod gan fyfyrwyr y sgiliau sydd eu hangen yn y farchnad swyddi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r Cwricwlwm newydd i Gymru wedi\u2019i gynllunio fel bod Addysg Gyrfaoedd a Phrofiadau Byd Gwaith wedi\u2019u hymgorffori yn yr addysg o ddydd i ddydd mewn ysgolion, i gynnig profiadau a dealltwriaeth newydd o lwybrau gyrfa a chyfleoedd ym mhob sector.<\/p>\n

Sut all eich busnes gymryd rhan?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cynnig profiad gwaith: <\/strong>Gall cyflogwyr gydweithio ag ysgolion i gynnig cyfleoedd am brofiad gwaith. Yn ogystal \u00e2 helpu myfyrwyr i ennill sgiliau ymarferol, mae hyn hefyd yn cyd-fynd ag amcanion Addysg Gyrfaoedd a Phrofiadau Byd Gwaith. Drwy wneud hyn, gall cyflogwyr ysbrydoli cenedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol a helpu i greu cronfa o dalent leol ar gyfer y tymor hir.<\/p>\n

Darlithoedd Gwadd a Gweithdai<\/strong> Rhannwch eich arbenigedd drwy roi darlithoedd gwadd neu gynnal gweithdai. Bydd hyn yn gyfle i fyfyrwyr glywed am brofiadau o\u2019r byd go iawn ac yn cyfoethogi eu profiad dysgu.<\/p>\n

Ffeiriau Gyrfaoedd a Diwrnodau Agored:<\/strong> Cymerwch ran mewn ffeiriau gyrfaoedd a diwrnodau agored i arddangos eich busnes a\u2019r cyfleoedd sydd ar gael. Mae hyn yn helpu myfyrwyr i ddeall llwybrau gyrfa posib a\u2019r sgiliau sydd eu hangen.<\/p>\n

Rhaglenni Mentora:<\/strong> Gallech sefydlu rhaglenni mentora lle mae gweithwyr yn arwain a chefnogi myfyrwyr. Mae hyn yn meithrin cysylltiad rhwng y diwydiant a\u2019r byd addysg, gan gynnig cyngor a chyfleoedd rhwydweithio gwerthfawr i fyfyrwyr.<\/p>\n

Prosiectau ar y Cyd<\/strong> Gallech weithio mewn partneriaeth ag ysgolion a cholegau ar brosiectau lle mae myfyrwyr yn gweithio ar heriau busnes go iawn. Bydd y profiad ymarferol hwn yn amhrisiadwy o ran eu datblygiad.<\/p>\n

Rolau Cynghori:<\/strong> Ymunwch \u00e2 byrddau neu bwyllgorau cynghori er mwyn cynnig mewnbwn ynghylch datblygiadau i\u2019r cwricwlwm, gan sicrhau bod rhaglenni addysgol yn cyd-fynd ag anghenion y diwydiant.<\/p>\n
