C\u00e2nt gymorth i&#8217;w helpu i ddod o hyd i gyflogaeth a\u2019i chynnal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rhaglenni yn cynnwys:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Twf Swyddi Cymru+ (16-19 oed)<\/li>\n<li>Cymunedau am Waith a Mwy (20+ oed)<\/li>\n<li>ReAct+<\/li>\n<li>Cynllun Ailddechrau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cymorth i Gyflogwyr:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Timau Lleol:<\/strong> Gall cyflogwyr geisio cymorth gyda recriwtio drwy dimau sydd wedi\u2019u lleoli yn lleol gyda staff pwrpasol ar gyfer ymgysylltu \u00e2 chyflogwyr.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cymorth Arbenigol:<\/strong> Cymorth i oresgyn rhwystrau rhag cyflogaeth, yn cynnwys hyfforddiant, adnoddau, dillad, ac i dalu am ofal plant a chostau teithio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cymorth gyda Recriwtio<\/strong>: Mae timau ymgysylltu \u00e2 chyflogwyr yn cydweithio \u00e2 chyflogwyr i baru sgiliau cyfranogwyr ag anghenion busnes drwy ffeiriau swyddi a diwrnodau recriwtio, ac yn trefnu cyfweliadau neu dreial gwaith.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Manteision i Fusnesau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cymorthdaliadau ar gyfer Cyflogau:<\/strong> Yn dibynnu ar gymhwysedd ac argaeledd, gall rhai darparwyr
