Employability providers in North Wales have dedicated teams who work alongside you to help access diverse pools of potential new employees, with additional support on hand to upskill and break down any barriers to make sure they hit the ground running.

Employability programmes are designed to support individuals that are often disadvantaged, the support they receive is to help them find and maintain employment.

Programmes include:

  • Jobs Growth Wales + (16-19 year olds)
  • Communities for Work + (20 years+)
  • ReAct+
  • DWP Restart Scheme

Support for Employers:

  • Local Teams: Employers can access recruitment support through locally based teams with dedicated employer engagement staff.
  • Specialist Support: Help for participants to overcome employment barriers, including training, tools, clothing, and covering childcare and travel costs.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Employer engagement teams collaborates with employers to match participants’ skills with business needs connect them through job fairs and recruitment days, and setting up interviews or work trials.
