The Youth Jobs Grant supports employers in Wales to create jobs for 18\u201324-year-olds who have been on Universal Credit for 6+ months. Eligible organisations (of any size, registered with HMRC and actively trading) can receive up to \u00a33,000 per role, paid in stages. Roles must be at least 25 hours per week, last 4+ months, pay minimum wage, and be genuine new positions.
