Businesses across North Wales are being encouraged to take part in a new Regional Skills Partnership survey designed to capture an accurate picture of the region\u2019s skills needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The North Wales Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) works with employers and partners to understand the challenges and opportunities facing the local workforce. Insights gathered through the recently launched survey will directly inform the next North Wales Skills and Employment Plan for 2026 to 2028.<\/p>\n

The Partnership\u2019s aim is to ensure that skills provision across North Wales reflects the needs of organisations, helping prepare the workforce for future demands and opportunites. Employers are invited to share their experiences of skills shortages, recruitment issues and workforce development, as well as their views on emerging challenges.<\/p>\n

By taking a few minutes to complete this survey, businesses and public sector organisations can help us build a clearer picture of the challenges they face and the opportunities ahead. Every response will support a stronger, more skilled and better prepared workforce for North Wales.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t just an opportunity for large companies \u2013 we want to hear from local SMEs too. Completing the survey offers businesses of all sizes a chance to influence our future planning.
