RCS delivers personalised support, training and therapies to help people and businesses across Wales improve their wellbeing at work. We pride ourselves on delivering quality services that transform thousands of lives every year.<\/p>\n

We specialise in the design and delivery of an extensive portfolio of wellbeing training delivered in Welsh and English. We offer consultation, coaching and support to enhance wellbeing in the workplace, ensuring businesses remain productive and thrive.<\/p>\n

We deliver employability sessions, combined with counselling support that enables individuals to gain sustainable employment.<\/p>\n
