Involved?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Talent Pipeline:<\/strong> Access motivated young individuals ready to learn and contribute.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Wage Subsidies:<\/strong> Receive up to 50% of employment costs for the first six months.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Support:<\/strong> Benefit from free recruitment advice and ongoing training support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How It Works<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Employment<\/strong>: Employ a young person (16-19 years old) for 16-40 hours a week, for at least six months.<br \/>\n\u2022<strong> Subsidies:<\/strong> Get up to 50% of their wages covered at the National Minimum Wage.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Training:<\/strong> Continuous support from a designated contractor to ensure skill
