Communities for Work Plus is a Welsh Government funded programme. We have a dedicated team available across Flintshire providing one-to-one mentoring and advice. We are a community based advisory service working to increase the employability of individuals who are not in employment, education or training who may face complex barriers to employment. Communities for Work Plus can provide support to help to build your confidence, gain work experience, learn new skills or re-write your CV. Communities for Work Plus will help you as an individual and will meet with you in your local community.
