For over a decade, the Urdd has been offering fully funded training through the medium of Welsh or bilingually to organisations across Wales through our Apprenticeship Scheme in the following sectors:
- Sports, Education and Leisure
- Youth Work
- Childcare
- Outdoors
The Scheme is funded by the Welsh Government, meaning there is no cost to the employer or the individual undertaking the training.
Learners can undertake an apprenticeship whilst continuing with their present responsibilities, and employers will directly benefit from their additional skills and qualifications.
