In our We Bridge to Employment programme, we nurture the next generation of employees, bridging the gap between young people young people, aged 16-25 and employers.

We want to work with like-minded partners who want to unlock the potential of young people to nurture the next generation of employees and contribute to their social mobility.

We want to make it easier for employers to find and recruit young people, help them with retention and development to reduce risk and become a champion of youth employment. We will make trusted introductions to young people who are motivated and ‘work-ready’, provide in-work mentoring during probationary periods and provide specific staff training opportunities.

We currently deliver programmes across the North West and North Wales:

WeDiscover | Available across North Wales
A three-month virtual programme, where young people can discover more about themselves, grow in confidence and skills, and see a clear path for their future.

WeGrow | Available in Flintshire & Wrexham
A full 12-month programme including Six-months’ employment – comprising five different work placements, life coaching, new skills and experiences – is followed by six-months’ dedicated support. All delivered with unashamed support, love and care.
