Conwy Employment Hub
Conwy Employment Hub is a community-driven “one stop shop” for employability dedicated to helping Conwy residents upskill, find employment, work experience and volunteer roles.
It runs the Welsh Government’s Communities for Work Plus programme that provides intensive mentoring support to unemployed people with complex barriers aged 20+. This includes confidence building; professionally delivered and full funded training courses to build skills; support in finding and maintaining work; and funding support to overcome barriers into training and work.
It also has a programme that helps and supports 16-19 year olds to develop lifelong skills while providing a clear path to employment
Conwy Employment Hub works closely with employers across all sectors within Conwy County to help fill vacancies and offer support in other areas such as training and development, holding regular jobs fairs and by offering a bespoke job matching service.
