Working Denbighshire provides free employability and skills support for residents of Denbighshire aged 16+ who are economically inactive, unemployed or in low paid work. We provide confidence building and wellbeing support through innovative support activities to prepare for the world of work.
Our 1-2-1 employability and skills support provides bespoke advice and guidance to help overcome challenges and barriers to employment whether those barriers are health, financial, knowledge/experience, transport and so much more.
Our proven Work Start Scheme provides supported paid and unpaid work experience placements and we work with employers to reduce skills gaps through our fully funded courses and secure jobs.

Our support staff have organised weekly Recruitment & Skills Workshops to help you with… CV Writing, Job Searches and Applications, Online Training and Personal Statements. Workshops are completely FREE of charge and suitable to anyone living in Denbighshire, over the age of 16 and not in Education or Employment
