Your local authority and training and support providers can also help you to navigate opportunities in your area.

Flexible Skills Programme
The Flexible Skills Programme by Business Wales offers funding support to businesses in Wales to help address skills gaps and upskill their workforce targeting:
- Advanced Digital Skills: For businesses looking to enhance their digital capabilities.
- Exporting Skills: To improve businesses’ ability to export.
- Engineering and Manufacturing: Addressing specific skills gaps in these sectors.
- Creative Sector: Supporting skills development in creative industries.
- Net Zero Challenges: Helping businesses develop skills to meet environmental goals.
- Tourism and Hospitality: Upskilling in these sectors to improve service and growth.
All approved training courses will attract a 50% contribution towards the total eligible costs from the Welsh Government and requires businesses to be based in Wales, solvent, and committed to completing training by March 2026.
